Merlin Vacuum Engine - Structural Test Stand

I designed, built and activated SpaceX's structural test stand currently used in production for Merlin vacuum engine thrust chambers. I owned all the hardware (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic), and managed the project from start to finish.

Merlin 1D Engines - Production

We need a lot of these first stage engines for Falcon 9. I developed a range of tools and processes to improve production of Merlin 1D engines, focusing primarily on thrust chambers and final assembly. These changes continue to save time and improve quality on Merlin builds today.
